We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Apache Junction, Maricopa, Queen Creek, and the metropolitan Phoenix area. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we are also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
**Dennis- retired from the Phoenix Police Department in 1987 and brought his honesty, integrity, concern for people and problem solving skills into Real Estate.
**Kay- who had a career in nursing, joined Dennis full-time in 1990. Today Dennis and Kay dedicate their time to helping their clients have the best possible experience buying or selling a home. They deeply believe in "The Golden Rule" and treat their clients in that highly caring and professional manner.
Dennis and Kay have 2 grown children. Dennis II, their son, is a Veterinary Radiologist, and medical director at Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona. He and his wife Marsi have 2 children; Max is a lively 3 year old and Mason who is 16 months old. Their daughter, Kristin, is an office manager with Waddell and Reed Financial Planning as well as part-time photographer and florist. She and her husband, Erin, who is an engineer at Boeing, have 2 boys, Kameron, who is 11 years old and Bailey who is 6.
They have been members of the First Congregational Church of Tempe, UCC, for many years and are very active along with their children and grandchildren. Being long time members of the Phoenix Zoo is a great way to get out in our beautiful weather with the entire family. Some other favorite actities are: traveling to visit family; seeing new sights while taking advantage of time share locations around the world; and lately Dennis has rediscovered his love for fishing as he passes those skills on to grandsons; and, ofcourse, golfing with family or friends is always a joy(no matter what the score!). :-) | |
